Since 2008, we have led the effort to grow a strong community within the sport of powerlifting. We have been at the forefront of nearly every major competition within Australia.

We cater for total novices all the way to the best. We have a multitude of athletes from many sports train here to get stronger for their sport.

We are a small family run business, when you join PTC you feel at home and a part of that family. All are welcome regardless of your level, if you want to get stronger, we want to meet you.
